OSG were appointed by Jenner Contractors on behalf of their clients, Leath Park and ABC Property Company to deliver the technical design of this scheme for 28 new-build flats.

The site lies to the south of Victoria Crescent in Ashford at the corner with  George Street. It is bounded to the south by the Great Stour River.

The flats are designed within a terrace of 3 common stairs, 3, 4 and 5 storeys in height. The building design is contemporary in appearance, featuring brick detail facades and delivering modern and carefully controlled elevations.

OSG successfully provided the technical design of the scheme to compliment the original design and ensure the vision was fully executed.
