OSG were commissioned by WW Martin Ltd on their recently awarded contract at Javelin Way, Ashford and that work has now begun on site. This exciting development comprises of 29 modern industrial units, providing for local employment and a state-of-the-art Creative Laboratory for the Jasmin Vardimon Dance Company, focusing on Ashford’s creative economy.

This is one of the ‘Big 8’ projects identified by Ashford Borough Council which collectively are the major developments within the Borough that emphasise ambition, illustrating how the council is working to deliver new jobs, housing, retail and cultural facilities.

Works began in January 2021 and prior to this OSG have been working closely with W.W. Martin Ltd, Spider Project Management and the Jasmin Vardimon Company, to develop the existing design so that it achieves the client’s aspirations more fully.
