OSG were commissioned by property developer, Woodchurch Property to review an approved scheme for ten new dwellings on the site of a former Goose Farm in the village of Broad Oak, on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Our re-designed scheme took the existing footprint of the approved scheme and applied a more contemporary aesthetic. The scheme was a great success for our client. The design changes recommended and implemented by OSG created a significant uplift in value and saleability of the units. This was reflected in the speed the development was sold off plan. This is a proven case for how important it is to get the design and detail right, but still considering construction costs, even more so in these times where material and build costs are elevated

The small-scale development which is near to completion on site, comprises ten detached and semi-detached three and four bedroom dwellings providing high quality family homes and an alternative to living on a larger estate.
