BRPD Services Supporting BSA Compliance for a Sustainable Redevelopment

As part of our ongoing collaboration with EQT Real Estate and Storex, OSG Architecture undertook the Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) role for the redevelopment of a disused business car park into a 10,000m², five-storey self-storage and incubator workspace hub in Loughton, Essex.

This project forms part of a wider programme of work with EQT Real Estate, where OSG has been appointed onto the EQT Real Estate Framework to provide BRPD across multiple Storex sites, supporting consistent and robust compliance with the Building Safety Act (BSA) and Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements.
