Major Developments Projects

Winterbourne Fields

OSG has been instrumental in the development of the design framework and strategic development proposals for two parcels of land south of Dunkirk. The aspiration for the project is to create a sustainable community of circa 1,800 energy-efficient dwellings catering to local needs.
