OSG has been instrumental in the development of the design framework and strategic development proposals for two parcels of land south of Dunkirk. The aspiration for the project is to create a sustainable community of circa 1,800 energy-efficient dwellings catering to local needs.

Upon winning their bid with Homes England R. M. Brookes and OSG have worked closely with Dover District Council’s planning department, as well as the other consultants and Homes England, to develop a scheme that reflects the military backdrop of the site.

Willowbank is a large-scale, predominantly residential development on the site of a former industrial estate, with OSG working on this phased scheme for a number of years now.
