OSG worked with a long standing developer client to execute a luxury development on the sea front at Herne Bay, Kent. The London Based developer wanted from the outset a high end development from the overall design down to the final finishing details. The clients requirements have not just been met but exceeded with the scheme being recognised as one of the most prominent buildings on the sea front.. The mix of traditional brick work and glazing ensures the development sits well within its conservation surrounding but provides the building with its individual identity.
