Our dynamic Architectural practice, specialising in planning and technical design across a range of sectors seeks an adept Architectural Technologist to join our expanding team – soon to be based in Faversham, Kent.
Our vibrant office is currently working on projects across the Residential, Education, Commercial and utilities sectors and due to an increasing work-load we require an Architectural Technologist/Technician with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team to become an important part of the company’s development.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
- HNC in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in practice working on Building Regulations and tender packages
- Full proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
