Tracey started her career back in 2000 with a practice that built and refurbished television studios/offices for Sky, BBC, and BT.  She then moved to a local Canterbury practice where she specialised in residential projects ranging from one off rural houses to large scale housing developments and masterplanning.

Joining OSG in July 2019 she has fitted in well as a senior team leader, working on a range of projects already.

She particularly enjoys liaising with the clients, building the initial meeting into a good working relationship, listening to the clients brief and designing the project with any constraints and budget resulting in an outcome that exceeded the clients expectations.
