|Location:||Harville Farm Estates, Wye, Kent|
|Project:||A new development of twenty three houses and two flats|
Luckley Field is situated at the foot of the North Downs in Wye, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The site has been allocated for twenty houses within the local plan and was previously designated as agricultural land. The site extends into the natural village boundary and lends itself to residential development. The design brings together traditional materials and details found in Wye, ranging from Weatherboarding and brick to jetted first floors sourced locally on the listed buildings. The orientation of the houses and the site has lead to a duel aspect design with both inward and outward looking properties. The strict space standards of Ashford Borough Council have also been complied with.
The development has received planning approval and we are now moving onto the technical phase of the project with a construction programme due to commence in Spring 2015.
